On Friday June 2, we welcomed the "Elles bougent" association, whose ambition is to promote gender diversity in industry and technology by focusing on the training and guidance of young girls towards scientific, technical and technological training, and of which Satys Aerospace is a partner.
Martine Sainte-Marie, regional delegate for Elles bougent in the Midi-Pyrénées region, had the opportunity to meet several of our female employees with technical backgrounds and/or working in a technical field at Satys Aerospace, during a Learning Café held at our head office.
This first Learning Café brought together :

Thank you all for your participation, and we hope that we'll soon have many more godmothers to talk to middle and high school girls about their training and career paths, and thus inspire young girls to consider careers in science and technology!
